The United States has imposed trade embargoes against several countries. This prohibits AleForge from conducting business with anyone from these nations. AleForge is committed to adhering to all United States laws in order to protect our company and clients.

In accordance with the sanctions enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, AleForge is prohibited from doing business with the following countries:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Libya
  • Burma

Criminal fines for violating the Executive Orders range, upon conviction, up to $1,000,000; individuals may also face imprisonment up to 20 years. In addition, civil penalties of up to $250,000 or twice the amount of the underlying transaction may be imposed administratively for each violation.

Unfortunately, if you are a potential customer looking for web hosting and you reside in any of the above listed countries, you will be unable to sign up for web hosting with AleForge.
