Support is available through several mediums at varying hours.

Tickets: Submit a ticket 24/7. Response times will vary. During normal business hours of 8 am - 6 pm eastern responses should be within 30 minutes. After hours responses will be delayed due to decreased staffing.
Discord: Staff members should be online the majority of the time and our wonderful community will also help you out.
Live Chat: Live chat is available from 7 am to 9 pm eastern.
